Niffsee offers NFC-related products and digital link/profile experiences. Product availability, features, and setup options may change. Any future automation or analytics features are not represented as live unless expressly stated.

Inquiries and orders

Submitting an inquiry does not create a purchase contract. We will confirm availability, customization, pricing, payment, and delivery details before accepting an order.

Customer content and links

You are responsible for ensuring that information, artwork, and links you submit or ask us to place on a product or profile are accurate and that you have permission to use them. Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or infringing material. External sites are controlled by their respective operators.

NFC limitations

NFC behavior depends on the device, settings, tag placement, and the destination service. Some phones may require the user to enable NFC or take additional steps. Do not rely on an NFC product as an emergency or safety-critical service.

Intellectual property

Niffsee branding and original materials remain owned by their respective rights holders. Customers retain rights to content they provide, while granting Niffsee permission to use it as reasonably necessary to discuss, produce, and fulfil the requested order.
